Rubik’s Cube Solver

There are a number of solutions that help solve a Rubik’s Cube and bring it to its original position. However, this Rubik’s Cube Solver will surely let you have a solved Rubik’s Cube in no time.

This solution is designed to be simple and easy to memorize. You will use a total of 7 sequences. Try to notice the trends as you go along.

Form an X on the Rubik’s Cube

Make a cross. Try building a yellow one. Align the pieces in a way that a yellow cross is formed on one of the faces of the Cube.

Rubix CubeRotate the X on the Rubik’s Cube

Rotate the Cross in a way that some colors on the Cube start to match. You might get 2 colors from the sides to match with each other. In some cases the colors are aligned in a way that all four colors on the sides match. You will find yourself to be very lucky as now you can skip the next step and solve your Rubik’s Cube even more quickly.

Switch the mismatching pieces

If you still have two mismatching pieces on two different sides, try rotating the sides in a way that the colors are lined up while maintaining the X on the bottom. As you sort the mismatching pieces, first put them on the top side so that they can be rotated independently without scattering the X below.

Include the four bottom corners of the Rubik’s Cube

If there are yellow corners on the top rotate them on the position where they are to be inserted.  After your corners are inserted you will get the shape of a T, upside down. These toppled T’s will be found on all four corners of the Cube.

Bring in the four middle corners of the Rubik’s Cube

Now to fill in the second rows of the Cube rotate the top layers in a way that one of the corners in the middle row is filled up with a matching color. Repeat the step on the opposite side to completely fill the second rows on each side of the Rubik’s Cube.

Turn up the opposite face of the Rubik’s Cube

Turn over the Cube so that the edges of the Cube face up. Rotate the sides so that an X form is visible on the top side as well. Now the bottom and the top of your Cube will look the same.

Make the corners face upwards

Keep rotating and rearranging the sides until all the edges match. Always move the corners up. In this way you would know how many edges are left to be sorted. By this stage your Rubik’s Cube will be complete. Well Done! Notice that to complete the final step the first three rotations will be anti-clockwise and the last three will be clock-wise.

If you are one of those people who are crazy about Rubik’s Cube, this method will surely help you out. Try to memorize the sequences in a rhythm. You can either recall them as front back, front back or up up, down down. Just keep in mind these simple tips and tricks and you will eventually get a solved Rubik’s Cube.
